Next Level Warriors AAU

Established 2022

HOw it started

The Next Level Warriors AAU Basketball Organization was established in Spring 2022 by Brandon and Jayeneca. This is our INAGURAL season!! We have one team at the moment, a 3rd grade boys team. The team consists of 11 players from six different school districts in the York, PA area.

The idea to start an AAU team came to mind to get our son, Brandon Elby Jr., playing more ball during the spring and to expose him to different competition throughout the tri-state area. Once we started to put the plan into motion, the drive to expose our son to different competition became an ever greater drive to teach other kids the foundational skills of basketball, teamwork, and hard work.

We have a group of coaches who genuinely love the game of basketball and enjoy coaching the game of basketball to our players. But, even more importantly, we have a group of coaches who enjoy being part of the character building process of our athletes.
